Derby 1-2 Blackburn

In first today Premier League game, Blackburn Rovers defeat Derby County by 2-1. Derby take a lead in 27 minute by M. Oakley. Derby have a chance to score for 2-0 but S. Howard miss penalty in 38 minute. Just minute later, Roque Santa Cruz tapped in an equaliser after keeper Lewis Price parried Benni McCarthy's shot. Bentley then fired in from 25 yards and later hit the post. And third goal score D. Bentley for Rovers, in 42 minute of first half, and with this victory Blackburn stopped their bad form and 5 loses in row. The defeat was Derby's seventh at home this season and leaves them eight points adrift at the foot of the Premier League.
